Reporting Process

  1. A security researcher submits a vulnerability report to our platform.
  2. Our team reviews and verifies the validity of the submission.
  3. Once validated, we notify the affected organization with relevant details.
  4. The organization can contact the researcher directly for technical clarification and remediation support.

Guidelines for Researchers

  • Act in good faith and avoid privacy violations, data destruction, or service disruption.
  • Do not exploit the vulnerability beyond what is necessary to demonstrate its existence.
  • Provide clear, reproducible steps and proof of concept where applicable.

Guidelines for Organizations

  • Acknowledge receipt of the vulnerability report.
  • Investigate and remediate the issue in a timely manner.
  • Communicate with the reporting researcher if additional clarification is needed.
