Reporting Process
- A security researcher submits a vulnerability report to our platform.
- Our team reviews and verifies the validity of the submission.
- Once validated, we notify the affected organization with relevant details.
- The organization can contact the researcher directly for technical clarification and remediation support.
Guidelines for Researchers
- Act in good faith and avoid privacy violations, data destruction, or service disruption.
- Do not exploit the vulnerability beyond what is necessary to demonstrate its existence.
- Provide clear, reproducible steps and proof of concept where applicable.
Guidelines for Organizations
- Acknowledge receipt of the vulnerability report.
- Investigate and remediate the issue in a timely manner.
- Communicate with the reporting researcher if additional clarification is needed.
